Honedge Perfect IV Breeding

One of the best way to catch all Pokemon is by catching them from Friend Safari. Apart from that, Pokemon from Pokemon Safari got at least 2 perfect IV(31), good start to breed perfect Pokemon(for battle).

My safari type is ghost with the following pokemon - Shuppet/ phantump/ drifblim

I managed to get a few dittos from friend safari, one of them got 3 perfect Ivs.

After countless number of eggs and generation, i finally manage to get all 6 perfect IV. Actually i only desired 5, but luck give me all 6. Getting 5 perfect IV from both parent with 4 perfect IV is the hardest part.

(Pokemon X) Journey So Far - 2nd Gym ; Grant

There is so much to do that i only reached the second gym after logging 16 hours of playtime. To make thing worse (or better), 2 of my Pokemon already leveled more than 30. They now refuse to follow my order and start loafing around. Wau, i never had this problem before. I barely grind or train my pokemon unlike previous generation.

After some climbing

He uses rock type Pokemon ; Amaura and Tyrunt. I thought using grass type Pokemon should do the trick. However, his Amaura knock out my Gloom in 1 move. Grant is actually hard to beat due to his Pokemon type, that is not purely rock. Amaura is Rock+Ice and Tyrunt is Rock + Dragon.

 He will use Rock Tomb skill that will lower your speed. He also use Bite occasionally , annoyingly causing your Pokemon to flinch and miss the turn. He also use Stomp attack. I barely beat him using my Gloom. I think it would be much easier with Frogadier but my Frogadier fainted during trainer fight before reaching the gym leader =(.

I spend a lot of time trading Pokemon , because of the thrill of getting unique or rare Pokemon. And today i got this ;

Mawile with Pokerus

To be honest, i didn't really go in depth while playing the previous Pokemon series. Getting this Pokemon got me super excited . Information from Serebi indicates that Pokemon with this status would grow faster than normal (higher Effor Value or EV). And this thing is actually very rare and i am very lucky to receive this Pokemon. Thanks random Japanese person!

Pokerus helps a lot in EV training, but introduction of Super Training makes EV training easier and simpler in this game. But you can still use horde battle for a much faster EV training! Use sweet scent to get horde battle often with weak Pokemon that give 1 EV each. But with Pokerus , that would total up to 5*2 = 10EV per fight. Skill such as surf would be very usefull here! Sweet!
