Where to get Pandora Keys?

From Kafra Item Shop (Item mall using real cash). At the bottom right of your screen. Look under 'Item List > Convenience' .

Any other ways to open Pandora's Box ?

Yes, you can use Pandora Mallet to open Pandora's Box. Left Click on Mallet then left click on the box

Where to get Pandora's Mallet?

Monster drop them as easy as Pandora's Box. Or you could buy from Kafra Servie. The one you talk to open inventory or save point. Not the transportation Kafra.

So, whats the different between Pandora's Key and Pandora's Mallet?  

Obviously the rate, you good stuff easier using keys. Some item are exclusive to Pandora's key. I never get Epic weapon using mallet. Mind you, the stats is superb and better than level 45 weapon , and you can use Pandora's Weapon at level 25.

I tried 5 Pandora's Key to open Pandora's box, and get these stuff

1. Pandora's Bow 
2. Claw of the Ferocious Pandora
3. Zeny Bag (10 zeny)
4. Spear of the Ferocious Pandora
5. Pandora's Shield

I only can afford 5, so thats it. No epic weapon. 

Looks like it is easy to get weapon using keys. But how easy compared to mallet?

1. Eternal Life Crystal (V)
2. Sword of the Ferocious Pandora
3. Butterfly Wing
4. Pandora's Claw
5. Pandora's Rod
6. No-Share Noodle
7. Wool Cloth

Less colourful, and there's 2 weapon. Unfortunately all the weapon are untradable

What to do with extra unused Pandora's Weapon?

Sell them, they cost more than 1 Zeny each . Profit!
